How to stay hydrated

Staying hydrated is basically people consuming a lot of water or fluids generally, when they experience hiccups or feel uneasy or whenever they tend to feel thirsty. There are a lot of food substances and drinks that help you stay hydrated.

Some of the good ones are as follows :

  1. Fruits like watermelons, strawberries, peaches, oranges etc
  2. Tender coconut water
  3. Milk which is thick or skimmed.
  4. Vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes, zucchini, lettuce etc
  5. Water which has glucose
  6. Fruit juices like watermelons, lime, all the citrus fruits etc
  7. Coffee and tea

  9. Sports drinks

More consumption of some fluids can be bad like :

  2. Wine and hard liquor
  3. Beer
  4. Soda and aerated drinks
  5. Energy drinks

Staying hydrated is really good and important for all people. It implies to people of all age groups. There are a lot of benefits of staying hydrated like;

  4. Keep sipping on the right fluid as an when possible and do not wait until you are hungry or thirsty
  5. Try drinking water before and after food
  6. Drink something before and after your exercise and if needed during your exercise as well
  7. Always carry a bottle which can be reusable
  8. If you do not want to have plain water, have some juice or flavored water
  9. Try drinking broths and soups
  10. Drink a lot of fluids but at the same time see to that it goes out of your body as well so that you can refill yourself

When you don’t keep yourself hydrated you tend to become weak, have dry lips, experience being fatigue, undergo headache, low BP etc. Hence you need to eat all and drink all the stuff mentioned above and always keep yourself hydrated for a happy, active and healthy living.
