How my friend fought pimples and regained her clear skin

Fighting acne and pimples

Pimples and acne are the skin’s worst enemies. They appear out of the blue, spread fast, cause itching, irritation and leave behind black marks and scars that stay forever. Though pimples and acne are more common to teenagers, they can affect just anyone in any age group at any time. Yes, pimples are not life threatening, but they can pull down a person’s confidence levels and make them emotionally very depressed and vulnerable if they are severe.

I know a friend who had the oiliest skin I have ever seen and this obviously meant being a hot spot for acne and pimples. She was constantly in look out for products that would help regain back her clear skin and 3 years back she was still searching.

It was a pleasant surprise meeting her couple of weeks back here in Bangalore. She was working for a top MNC, was going steady with a guy and was looking amazing! There were no traces of pimples or acne or black and white heads and she looked fresh, clear and stunning.

The topic slowly moved towards how she looked and I was interested in getting to know the secret behind this sudden transformation as any piece of information towards health or beauty can be converted to an interesting blog for my page!

Point No. 1: It was not a miraculous change. She had worked hard on her skin for around a year using the right products and eating the right food before experiencing a change

Point No. 2: Pimples and acne are not awful life challenging diseases. They are just results of few external and internal factors and can be solved with a little extra care shown towards skin.

I have compiled few products that she had suggested and you can also try them out if pimples and acne have been troubling you for quite some time now.

FACEWASHES

Face wash is the first basic step in clearing skin. Unlike soap, they are soft and gentle and can clear pores and remove excess oil, thereby reducing the chances of pimples and acne.

MOSITURIZERS

People with oily skin are afraid to use moisturizers and sun blocks as they can aggravate sebum secretion. It hydrates the skin preventing depositing of any dust/dead skin cells that can lead to pimples and acne.
